The hot steam that is created by hot towel help to reduce the chubby cheeks; as you start to sweat and felt down you fat which will help you to look young and slim. dip a towel in warm water and gently place it in your cheek, do this twice a day morning and evening for 5-10 min. Be careful with this procedure as it can burn your face if water is too hot. So the rule of thumb, make sure you check the water temperature before you start.


Do this all exercise for 2-3 weeks and you will start getting the result.
